Offering complete property management service on the Monterey Peninsula and including long & short-term, furnished & unfurnished leases
and vacation rentals.. Services include: marketing in all venues
the property in print, online and internet as well as extensive network of
Real Estate agents, receiving and screening all rental calls, showing the
property, credit check processing, preparing and executing the lease
contract, collecting all monies due, disbursing all monies to owner. A
substantial security deposit is always required from prospective tenants.
Pet policy and smoking policy are determined by owners.
I coordinate all repairs & maintenance after review with owners; plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, cleaning and landscaping. Thorough written move in & move out
walk through with tenants included.
Another option: Placement Only. I do all the above through drawing up
lease and collecting all monies. Management is then turned over to Owner.
This is a great option for those who don't have the to time or inclination of
locating tenants, etc. but prefer direct management to be hands-on managers.

plumbers, electricians, painters, pool & spa maintenance, gardening/landscaping,
cleaning. Schedule, coordinate & oversee same. Receive
deliveries.
Open & close property for appointments. Pet arrangements for
care &
grooming. Stock refrigerator per your request and prepare indoor
