Background and experience:
As a resident of the Monterey Peninsula for 20 years, the last 15 being in Carmel Valley, Susan Passey has been with
International Estates for more than six years. Susan has B.A. degrees in Mathematics, Biology and Photography from
California State University Fresno and Brigham Young University, as well as a California Secondary Teaching Credential.
She has taught and spent many hours volunteering for both the Washington Union & Carmel Unified School Districts. The
mother of 4 children, Susan is also a fitness instructor, personal trainer, avid skier, scuba diver, marathon runner, accomplished
photographer, and skin care/cosmetics consultant. She loves taking ballet classes, attending fitness seminars, and traveling
to the amazing places in the world.
Susan and her husband, Dennis, are former clients of International Estates, on both the buying & selling ends of real estate
transactions here on the Peninsula. Susan was so impressed with the professional and friendly manner of the agents, that
she decided to come to work for International Estates, initially as Office Manager, then later as a RealtorŪ. She specializes
in the marketing of the Carmel Valley area, but looks forward to assisting you with your home buying needs, in whatever area
you prefer throughout the beautiful Monterey Peninsula.
