Background and experience:
Annie was born and raised in Morristown, New Jersey and moved to the Monterey Peninsula in 1979 to work in the Hospitality Industry. In 1982 she married her husband, Vince, a licensed contractor whose family roots run deep on the Monterey Peninsula. Annie's has three children, ages 15, 19 and 23, which helps her stay abreast of issues regarding the Monterey school system.
In 1988 she obtained her Real Estate license and has worked with International Estates for the past 20 years. She has represented both buyers and sellers throughout the Monterey Peninsula on residential homes, income properties & land transactions. A majority of her business is from repeat and referral clients. She is undoubtedly one of the most energetic and trustworthy agents whose clients best interest are always placed first and foremost.
